Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and gardening, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with a positive attitude. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through effective lawn care practices.

Duties

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including: mowing, trimming, blowing, weeding, and edging lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscapes. Dig, plant, and irrigate flower beds, shrubs, and trees as needed. Build and maintain garden structures such as raised beds or trellises. Ensure proper care of plants by monitoring their health and applying necessary treatments. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are stored properly after use. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. A positive attitude and ability to listen and follow instructions well to learn best practices. Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment. Ability to dig, lift, and carry materials as needed for landscaping tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

The pay is $19 - $22 based on skill, experience, and hard work.

As Fall is almost here, and some of our crew returns to University, we are looking for 1 - 2 lawn maintenance and landscaping crew members to join our outstanding team.

The job consists of:

Fall Clean Ups Lawn Maintenance Landscaping Gardening
Duties include: some heavy lifting, working long hours, trimming, hedging, lawn mowing, weeding, edging, gardening, some Saturday work as needed, wheelbarrow use, etc.

Ideal candidates need to be:

Reliable Physically fit Hard working Quick learner Positive and a Team Player Have transportation to and from work everyday Some experience is great, but not necessary if you work hard Listen and follow instructions well
