As a Crew Member , you will be part of our service and construction team, handling pool installations, maintenance, and repairs. You'll work outdoors, using both manual and power tools to ensure that every job meets our high-quality standards. This role is designed for candidates at all experience levels . Whether you're just starting out or have experience leading crews, we want to hear from you!


This is a full-time seasonal role (April to November), with opportunities to return each year. Students are welcome to apply for a shorter season from April to August.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch pool services and construction with a smile!
• Assist with pool openings, closings, installations, and repairs.
• Utilize both mechanical and manual tools to get the job done right.
• Lead other technicians (for experienced candidates) in pool service and construction tasks.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Organize and maintain tools, vehicles, and job materials to maximize efficiency.
• Identify equipment issues and report them promptly.
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and client communication.
• Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
• Recognize and suggest additional service opportunities based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in pool service, construction, or related trade is preferred.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, landscaping, concrete work, or general construction can provide a strong foundation for this role. If you've worked with tools, installed outdoor structures, repaired irrigation systems, or done hands-on work in any trade, you'll have valuable skills that can transition well to our team.
• Supervisory experience in a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with power tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• A team player who follows procedures but also takes initiative to solve problems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position with opportunity to return seasonally.
• Competitive hourly pay at $19 to $26 per hour, based on experience.
