Job Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on

crew member

to complete on-site builds. You'll lead a small crew and help complete saunas, as well as occasional decks, fences, and finishing scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sauna builds and other outdoor structures Read and follow plans and blueprints Guide and assist crew members Deliver Materials to site Keep the site safe, clean, and organized Communicate with clients and supervisors

Requirements:

3+ years in carpentry or construction Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Skilled in framing, trim, and outdoor work Valid driver's license and reliable transport Able to work in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
