Role Overview

As a Senior Carpenter or Skilled Labourer, you will:

Take on a wide range of tasks: site prep, framing, finishing, demolition, and more. Support and collaborate with specialized trades including concrete, cabinetry, glass, and landscaping. Safely operate tools and equipment to deliver precise, high-quality work. Work closely with project leads and skilled trades to bring complex designs to life.
What We're Looking For

Carpenter:

Minimum 4+ years of residential construction experience, with proven skill in finishing, and custom detail work.

Skilled Labourer:

Minimum 2+ years of construction experience, comfortable with tools, site equipment, and supporting multiple trades. Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license is an asset. Previous experience in custom home building or renovations is a strong advantage.
Pay & Hours

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour

, based on experience and skill level. Overtime opportunities available immediately. Steady, year-round work on high-end projects.
