Ross Lane Homes is looking for a skilled, motivated, and efficient framing carpenter to join our team. We specialize in custom residential framing -- from full houses to decks, additions, and renovations.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience with roof framing and sheathing Ability to lay out floors and walls accurately and efficiently Confidence reading plans and making framing decisions on-site Capable of running a crew and keeping jobs moving Hard-working, fast-paced, quality framing
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years framing experience Comfortable with heights and fast-paced environments Own basic hand tools and have reliable transportation Leadership mindset and good communication skills
Compensation:
Pay is based on skill, competence, and the value you bring on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Experience:
Framing: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
