Role



We are seeking a

Construction Sales Consultant

with industry experience to help grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new projects for both custom homes and construction services. This is a hybrid role, combining office work with client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities



Generate and qualify leads for custom homes, renovations, site servicing, landscaping, and general contracting projects Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and developers Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to provide accurate pricing and scope details Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and site meetings

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of

sales experience in the construction industry

(residential or ICI) Strong understanding of custom home building, construction processes, and trade scopes Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and site visits

Compensation



Base Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 annually

Commission:

Performance-based, with on-target earnings of

$90,000 - $110,000+ annually
