What You'll Do:
Perform concrete placing, finishing, cutting, curing, and sealing.
Operate power trowels, grinders, and other finishing tools and equipment
Read site plans and follow detailed finishing instructions
Work as part of a crew to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards
Take pride in your craft and help uphold the company's high standards

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of concrete finishing experience (power trowel, float, cure, etc.)
Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately
A reliable worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Safety-minded and comfortable working on active construction sites
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to grow with a company that values hard work and team spirit

Seasonal weather is a factor in the completion of the duties. Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment. You will be expected to understand, implement, and follow safety protocols in all areas of your role.
