Site Superintendent Commercial Construction

Job Description
Working on commercial projects, the Site Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of the site from the beginning stages through to completion.
- Coordinate trades on commercial job site
- Resolve construction problems as required
- Monitor project schedules and be accountable on meeting project deadlines
- Hands-on work (framing, drywall, concrete repairs, etc)
- Expertise in reading blueprints.
- Experience with new commercial building construction and
- Possess highly developed problem solving/decision making skills.
- Have a thorough, hands-on working knowledge of Building Codes.

- Previous experience with new build commercial projects
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Post secondary education relating to construction or engineering
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the organization
