We're looking for a site lead to take charge of on-site work, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also guiding a team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site renovation work
Keep the project manager updated on site progress and needs
Organize materials, tools, and sub-contractors to stay on schedule
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-run job site
Train and support junior team members
Communicate professionally with clients and uphold company values
