Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Renewals team in their deal cycle, supporting quotes and answering queries related to deal structure as required through Deal Support Requests and Pricing Teams
  • Partner across Sales and Success and Deliverability Organization to support Customer Requests
  • Identify gaps and work cross functionally to support operational and field needs
  • Respond to process & policy questions and optimally communicate requirements
  • Participate in new process development and process improvement projects as well as other ad hoc projects
  • Support special projects as decided by the business
  • Work independently on assignments and escalations that are diverse in scope, requiring seasoned judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
  • Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate quotes and orders, and formulate creative solutions or work-arounds based on that analysis.
  • Share best practices with and provide cross training for peers and team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Establish strong relationships with Renewal Managers, Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Pricing, and other internal resources as appropriate.
  • Establish Monthly Cadence for top Renewals across TAM, Success & Renewal Leadership.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, ability to think quickly
  • Ability to excel in a complex, fast paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines.
  • Ability to understand broader business and balance multiple projects and tasks
  • Able to use Microsoft suite effectively, particularly Excel
  • Prior experience in similar job and
application experience a plus * Ability to work independently
