Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with sign assembly experience to join our sign shop. Min 3 years experience in the sign industry. We have a Gerber 4x8 and AXYZ 5x10.

You MUST HAVE SIGN EXPERIENCE.

You Must be Local or available in the next few weeks.

Hours are Monday to Friday or a 4 day work week.

Pay is based on experience.

Duties

Set up and operate CNC machines including sign assembly. Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and interpret technical drawings and design proofs. Understanding of Vector Files. CNC routing aluminum, aluminum composites, PVCs, acrylics, push-thrus, wood, cabinets, LED signs. Per-form routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for accurate machining processes. Operate auxiliary machinery such as press brake machines and hand tools as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Assist with packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment or installation. Support warehouse operations including forklift operation when necessary. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
