We're looking for a

Senior CNC Operator

with extensive

woodworking or architectural millwork experience

to join our production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and mentoring others in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

Position: CNC Operator (Woodworking / Millwork)



Key Responsibilities:



Set up, program, and operate

nesting

CNC

and related woodworking equipment (such as edgebanders). Fabricate and maintain

jigs, fixtures, and tooling

as needed. Read and interpret

shop drawings, CV files, and millwork plans.

Perform

program edits and adjustments

to ensure accuracy and quality. Conduct inspections of parts to maintain high

precision and quality standards.

Identify and resolve machining or programming issues efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines.

Qualifications:



Minimum

2+ years of CNC operating experience

in a

woodworking or millwork environment

(required). Strong understanding of

wood materials, tooling, feeds, and speeds.

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings

and production schedules. Experience with

Cabinet Vision

or similar design/manufacturing software (asset). Positive attitude, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
