Job descriptionShowroom Coordinator - Calgary, AB location CF Interiors is currently seeking a showroom coordinator who will assist in all administration duties for the Designer & Trade sales team based in Calgary, AB. This role requires someone who is detail oriented and excels at written and oral communication. Customer Service is the cornerstone of our company, and we are looking for someone that is outgoing and confident in engaging with clients, vendors and colleagues. You must also be a strong administrator, excellent at multitasking, and work well under pressure. Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the operations of the Designer + Trade sales showroom for CF Interiors Kitsilano location. The ideal candidate will engage in planning and maintaining procedures that enable the sales team to provide optimal customer service for our trade clients, and create a welcoming and enjoyable store culture for clients and staff by being the initial client contact for the showroom. This role will also involve overseeing showroom maintenance and operations, and requires a candidate that is a proactive problem solver, and is eager to take on a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and respond to daily emails, phone calls and in-store conversations for all sales inquiries, follow ups for current orders and overall sales support
Administrative duties related to sales support such as processing Accounts Receivables, payments, sourcing, quoting, and creating orders
Maintain a welcoming environment to clients as the showroom\'s first point of contact as this position will be at the front entrance and will greet all clients
Participate in discussions and sharing ideas to contribute to the overall success of CF Interiors Designer + Trade program
Participate in creating designer outreach emails, and researching new design firms and prospective clients on behalf of the sales team
Assist in planning and coordinating designer related in-store events
Maintain the cleanliness and general operations of the showroom
Keep track of and organize the ordering of any necessary showroom supplies
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of all CF product and vendors

Experience:
1 year administration
