As a Lot & Detail Coordinator, your eye for detail, excellent time management, and ability to work independently will ensure that our dealership lot will always look top notch. You will take direction and report to the Management team, while managing a team yourself. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Report any imperfections of new vehicles to management
  • Proper application of products on interior and exterior of sold vehicles
  • Assistance with inventory maintenance (buffing showroom cars, moving and re-positioning vehicles on the lot, fueling, etc)
  • Preparation of new and used vehicles to ensure optimal presentation
  • Parking of vehicles appropriately on the lot and in delivery areas
  • Seasonal lot maintenance (mowing, shoveling, salting etc)
  • Maintain workspace to ensure it is safe and clean
  • Effectively managing a team who will assist in ensuring all of the above are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience cleaning interior and exterior of motor vehicles, automobile detailing
  • Previous management experience is not required but considered an asset
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to drive a manual shift
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
