By leveraging its medically accepted, minimally invasive RF technology for simultaneous subdermal adipose remodelling and skin tightening, InMode offers a comprehensive portfolio of products for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmologyPosition Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate international shipments and ensure compliance with the organization's guidelines. This position's primary responsibility is managing the outbound and inbound international shipments of InModes medical devices to our emerging market customers. The nature of these shipments, often to remote developing countries and to buyers with little knowledge of import procedures, requires a great deal of pre-shipment coordination with multiple parties, both internal and external. The ideal candidate for this position should be a self-starter who takes initiative, is extremely detail oriented, has excellent organizational skills, has the ability to multi-task, has excellent written and verbal communication along with the willingness to thoroughly understand international logistics requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and service personnel in processing orders.
  • Thoroughly review order forms for absolute accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy of part numbers, serial numbers, and lot numbers on documents as well as match and verify records such as packing lists, invoices and bill of ladings.
  • Inventory control/management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and liaison between other departments.
  • Assist in researching, creating, and maintaining country profiles of trade regulations and Canada Customs policy guidelines and restrictions for all new emerging markets
  • Prepare all necessary shipping documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices related to international bookings and process all import/export documentation
  • Prepare export documents that comply with the organization's guidelines, Submits documents to freight forwarders and tacks shipments
  • Ensure prompt return of defective items, loaners, evaluation items and travel cases.
  • Work with and form positive relationships with external suppliers and vendors to understand pertinent foreign trade regulations and policy restrictions, and to obtain special statements required for various destination countries. Ensures the correctness and accuracy of shipping details described in Shippers Letter of Instructions, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origins, and any documents required by Customs at destination countries.
  • Continually update profile sheets regarding shipping and mailing requirements and instructions.
  • Update records in ERP and CRM software.
  • Organize files both manually and electronically.
  • Assist in the completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly required reports pertaining to international inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, annual closing reports including cycle counts.
  • Additional assignments as needed
Qualifications:
  • College degree with 2 years of related work experience.
  • Basic Accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • ERP experience is a preferred.
  • Must be computer literate with thorough understanding of the Microsoft Suite
