Le d\xc3\xa9partement de transport de l\'entreprise existe depuis sa cr\xc3\xa9ation et se veut l\'une des raisons qui explique l\'\xc3\xa9tonnante croissance de l\'organisation depuis bient\xc3\xb4t 30 ans.
Description du poste

• Mettre \xc3\xa0 jour des syst\xc3\xa8mes de logistique;
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer et organiser les processus d\xe2\x80\x99inspection;
• Coordonner les mesures d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9chantillonnages;
• Assurer la tra\xc3\xa7abilit\xc3\xa9 des unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement;
• Communiquer les informations utiles avec les employ\xc3\xa9s de la cour;
• Assurer la r\xc3\xa9partition des camionneurs;
• Veiller \xc3\xa0 donner les bons de connaissement aux camionneurs et sous-traitants;
• Aider l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de logistique avec toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes.

Nous cherchons une personne qui :

• poss\xc3\xa8de 2 \xc3\xa0 4 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le domaine du transport, requis;
• poss\xc3\xa8de 1 an d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le, requis;
• parle et \xc3\xa9crit bien en fran\xc3\xa7ais; la connaissance de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e un fort atout;
• d\xc3\xa9tient un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9gial ou universitaire, un atout;
• d\xc3\xa9tient d\xe2\x80\x99excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en organisation et en coordination;
• est \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aise avec les syst\xc3\xa8mes informatiques;
• communique bien et offre un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le hors-pair;
• remarque les d\xc3\xa9tails que d\xe2\x80\x99autres ont tendance \xc3\xa0 manquer; et
• travaille bien sous pression et de mani\xc3\xa8re autonome.

We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products. • Update the logistics systems;
• Prepare and organize inspection processes;
• Coordinate sampling measures;
• Ensure the traceability of supply units;
• Communicate useful information with the yard employees;
• Dispatch the truckers;
• Provide truckers and subcontractors with bills of lading; and
• Assist the logistics team with all other related tasks.

We are seeking someone who:

• has 2 to 4 years of experience in the transport field, required;
• has 1 year of experience in customer service, required;
• can speak and write in French, required; the ability to speak English will be considered a strong asset;
• has a college or university diploma;
• has excellent organizational and coordinator skills;
• is comfortable with computer systems;
• communicates well and offers outstanding customer service;
• notices the small details that others tend to miss; and
• works will under pressure and independently.
