We're building a team of

Snow Shovellers

for the 2025-2026 winter season. Perfect for students or those looking for seasonal, flexible work.

Position Details:

Hours:

On-call during snowfalls, typically

8-12 hour shifts

between

6AM - 6PM.

Additional overnight shifts possible during heavy storms.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Start Date:

November 15th, 2025

Location:

Thunder Bay and surrounding area

Responsibilities:

Shovel walkways, steps, and sidewalks to full width Apply salt/ice-melt where required Assist tractor and plow operators during large snow events Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction

ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must!

Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in all conditions Good physical fitness (able to lift 50 lbs) Reliable and available on short notice during snow events Team player with strong work ethic
