Snow Removal Crew Member / Crew Leader
Job Description
Spectrum Property Maintenance Ltd is looking to hire a full time snow removal crew member / crew leader with the possibility to continue working full-time during summer.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and the company they work for.
Compensation: $20-26 per hour with guaranteed minimum hours pay (120hr / month) in winter. Guaranteed hours are paid even if it didn't snow that month.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving company truck (and trailer) to sites
- Property maintenance including snow clearing and ice management using different tools and equipment, such as sweepers, snowblowers, backpack blowers and shovels
- Maintenance and minor repair of equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the trucks and equipment
- Maintain a professional personal appearance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of snow removal and landscaping experience

MUST have a Valid Alberta Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract

MUST have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be physically fit
- Must be flexible with schedule. On-call 24/7 during the winter season
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to work in all types of weather
- Being technically inclined (can fix small engines/trucks) is a big asset
