Oasis Landscaping is hiring
Snow Removal Crew Members
for the 2025-2026 winter season, with the opportunity to move intofull-time Maintenance, Hardscape, or Irrigation positions starting in spring
.EI + SUB Program
Must have enough
insurable hours to qualify for EI
Oasis thentops up your EI to approx. 95% of a normal income based on the hourly rate agreed
This functions like asteady winter salary
You must beavailable 7 days a week
, includingearly mornings, evenings, and holidays
, whenever it snowsIdeal Candidate
Seasonal trades / landscaping worker looking for
winter income stability
Can commit to beingfully available during all snow events
(not "only weekends" or "when free") Interested incontinuing into a year-round position in spring
(maintenance, construction, or irrigation)Position Details
Clearing snow and ice from
condo/commercial properties
Work may occur atany time -- day, night, weekends, holidays
Rate:$20-$25/hr
depending on experience & role responsibilities All equipment provided (except boots and winter clothes)Requirements
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
