Overview

We're looking for a

Shop Coordinator

to run the front of the shop so the owner can focus on sales and growth.

This role is the

quarterback of the day-to-day

when the owner is not on-site. You'll be the first voice customers hear, the calm presence they see, and the glue that keeps the shop organized, efficient, and professional.

If you like ownership, talking to people, and keeping things running smoothly--this role has your name on it.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Customer Experience

Answer incoming phone calls and book appointments Drive vehicle in and out of the shop, onto a hoist with direction from technician Greet customers and ensure they feel welcomed and informed Keep customers comfortable while they wait (communication, timing, updates) Handle payments, invoices, and basic customer questions confidently

Shop Coordination

Manage daily schedule and flow of vehicles Coordinate between technicians and customers Keep the front of the shop organized, clean, and professional Flag issues early so small problems don't become big ones

Ownership & Accountability

Act as the point person when the owner is off-site Protect the brand and reputation of the business Follow up with customers when needed Look for ways to improve systems, communication, and experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communicator (phones don't scare you) The ability to confidently drive a manual transmission vehicle if required Organized and calm under pressure Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do Comfortable making decisions within clear boundaries Experience in customer service, admin, hospitality, or automotive is an asset
This is

a receptionist role. We're looking for someone who takes pride in running the day.
