We're a busy, locally owned sign shop specializing in signage, printing, vehicle graphics, and installs. Our shop operates at a fast pace, and we're looking for a reliable, organized, people-friendly person to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As our

Sign Shop Coordinator

, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, keeping jobs organized, and helping the shop run efficiently. You'll be responsible for customer communication, job coordination, and assisting wherever needed to keep work moving.

This is an in-shop position. Remote work is not available.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer phones Communicate with customers regarding orders and timelines Create work orders and keep jobs organized Open customer files and pass information to the appropriate team members Assist with estimates, invoices, and taking payments Book installs and help coordinate schedules Follow up with customers Take photos of completed work Keep job details accurate and up to date

Secondary / Shop Support Tasks

Assist in the shop when needed Learn basic printer and sign production tasks Vinyl weeding, material prep, and packaging General shop organization and cleaning Helping wherever needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Strong spoken and written English Confident, friendly, and professional with customers Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Valid driver's licence required Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks Comfortable using computers and basic file handling Able to follow and relay instructions clearly Able to stay productive without constant supervision Willing to learn and take on more responsibility over time
