Shop Coordinator

to join our dynamic team in Nisku, AB, and help keep our fleet in top shape for our valued customers.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate Fleet Operations

: Manage the return, detailing, and maintenance of fleet vehicles, assigning work orders to ensure timely completion.

Oversee Vehicle Movement

: Arrange pick-up and delivery of vehicles to/from vendors and customer locations.

Conduct Inspections

: Complete vehicle inspection reports and follow up on detailing and maintenance needs.

Communications:

Monitor the progress of vehicles away at vendors undergoing repairs from beginning to end.

Record Keeping:

Maintain vehicle tracking and repair progress using internal systems.

Prepare Vehicles for Customers

: Ensure trucks and vehicles meet our standards prior to rental or sale.

Train and Lead

: Guide staff on detailing and accessory installation processes, maintaining quality and efficiency.

Additional Duties

: Take on other tasks as needed to support the team.

: Ability to bend, squat, crouch, and lift at least 50 lbs.

Leadership

: Comfortable providing direction and following up on tasks.

Safe Driver

: Ability to operate vehicles safely, adhering to our vehicle safety program.

Team Player

: A self-starter who thrives independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry (truck fleet rentals, leasing, or sales experience is a plus). Mechanical aptitude in a service or repairs-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
