Experience & Training
? Must possess and maintain a clean driver's abstract.
? Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
? Must maintain all requires safety tickets; including, but not limited to: First Aid, H2S Alive, WHIMIS
Skills & Expectations
? Leadership Skills: Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Collaboration, Effective Communication,
Decision Making and the ability to Coach, Mentor, Direct and Build Relationships with employees and
management.
? Time Management: Using efficient organizational skills you must be able to effectively multitask several
projects and several stakeholders.
? Excellent internal and external communication skills
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Ability to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
? Travel to remote regions on winter roads with potential to work alone.
? Able to work nights, weekends, holidays.
? Able to comply with Aureus' drug & alcohol-free and harassment-free work environment.Job Type: Full-time
