Rentco Equipment Ltd. is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing the Peace Country for over 55 years. We provide construction, oilfield, and homeowner equipment and consumables in the area.
Our Peace River branch has been in business since 1980 and currently employs 13 staff members.
We are currently looking for a Full-time Yard Hand/Wash Bay Attendant to work at our Peace River branch.
As the Yard Hand/Wash Bay Attendant, you are responsible for:
- Assisting with the loading, testing, and servicing of a vast equipment line that includes bobcats, loaders, generators, man-lifts, etc.
- Assisting customers load and unload their rentals
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the yard and equipment
- Notifying Supervisor of any equipment defects
You have the following skills and experience:
- General knowledge of construction and oilfield equipment
- Mechanical experience is an asset
- Hardworking team player
- Customer service skills
You will be able to work in the following conditions:
- Working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Working with your hands and lifting heavy objects
- Working while wearing PPE required including steel-toed boots and safety glasses
