Our Client is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Analyst to participate in the M365 and SharePoint Online Migration Project, including planning, designing, testing, migration, and implementation activities as it relates to SharePoint Online and related products.


Please note: Resource will require own equipment. Must work during standard business hours from within Canada, due to network and security issues. Must be Canadian citizen to apply.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Experience as a Site Collection Administrator. (2+ years) Experience preparing and documenting materials for user acceptance testing. (2+ years) Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types). (2+ years) Experience using and supporting ShareGate. (2+ years) 2 years Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on: managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization. (2+ years) Experience with the development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online. (2+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

Experience applying patches/updates to SharePoint environments. (2+ years) Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (2+ years) Experience using PowerShell to manage Farm/Application/Site Collection/Site Features. (2+ years) Experience with disaster recovery testing. (2+ years) Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online admin portal, reporting, configuration, and administrative tasks. (2+ years) Experience with the Government of Alberta's Information Technology/Information Management policies, standards and guidelines. (1+ years) Experience with the use of Central Administration on a SharePoint environment. (2+ years) Experience with upgrading Microsoft SharePoint environments and migration of content. (2+ years)
