Position Description

The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Winter 2024 OPMA 411 LEC 01 on Mondays from 5:00pm-7:45pm. Classes in the Winter 2024 semester run from January 8, 2024 to April 9, 2024. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between Friday, April 12, 2024 to Tuesday, April 23, 2024, if applicable.

OPMA 411 (Field Investigation in Operations and Supply Chain Management)
LEC 01 Monday 5:00pm-7:45pm

The calendar description of the course:
\xe2\x80\x9cProject-based experiential learning on operational improvements within an organization in operations or supply chain management. Students work in teams on a single project. Oral and written presentation skills are developed.\xe2\x80\x9d

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, DBA or PhD) or work experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Previous post-secondary teaching experience is preferred.
