As our Service Supervisor, you\'ll play an integral role in managing the day\xe2\x80\x90to\xe2\x80\x90day operation of the service department in compliance with the company\'s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company\'s short and long\xe2\x80\x90term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

This is a full-time, permanent position and we offer a competitive compensation package, which includes full health and dental, disability, family assistance and a company sponsored RRSP plan of $3.50 per hour. The pay rate is $56.05 per hour, all overtime is double time, and you will also receive performance-based bonus pay. • Certification. You have done the hard work and training required to earn certification as a Red Seal Parts Heavy Equipment Technician. OR, you have equivalent education and experience to enable you to communicate on a technical level with heavy equipment technicians, customers, and OEM resources. You\'re ready to apply all that you have learned to make Great West Equipment your customers\' first choice.
