What you’ll be doing.
The Shop Service Supervisor role is one of leadership. Working side by side to support, train and guide your Advisors and Technicians, while setting monthly and annual goals you’ll crush like a bug alongside the rest of the dealership management team and Dealer Partner. This role drives the smooth operations and financial performance of the service department. Staying on top of budgets and expenses, and keeping in front of our customer’s service needs and wants. You’ll attract and retain great talent by scheduling to the needs of each team member and verifying their quality of work is up to your high standards. Sure there might be stressful situations, but you’re built of Teflon and with communication skills that could make even The Rock blush, you’ll navigate your way through with flying colours.
We keep things simple, measuring your performance on achieving and exceeding:
  • Targeted revenue numbers

  • Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we’re looking for:
  • Relevant service supervisory experience working with anything that has motor (land or water)
  • Strong financial acumen, beyond just using the calculator app on your phone
  • Passion and enthusiasm, not just for the sweet products you service, but for inspiring your team
  • Professional mechanic experience is an asset
  • Must have Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
