We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Service Administrator
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service department by handling administrative duties, managing service documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth workflow operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments and follow up on customer requests.
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and documentation.
Process work orders, invoices, and service reports in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients regarding service updates, status, and scheduling.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a service-related industry).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with service management software is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
