Summary
We are seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating service operations.
Responsibilities
3-5 Years Experience in Security and Fire service/dispatch industry
Coordinate service requests and schedules for technicians
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
Operate a very busy phone system
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Update assigned tasks daily
Ensure technicians sign in/out on a daily basis
Collaborate with construction teams in scheduling
Maintain accurate records of service activities and follow-up with customers
Process and price work orders
Provide administrative support to managers
Must be able to navigate RFQ Bids
Receive orders and prepare for shipping
Manage and order office supplies
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in service coordination/dispatch preferably in the Security and Fire Division Field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Basic Quickbooks
MUST be able to multitask in a fast - paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both with customers and staff
Proficient in using software tools for scheduling and reporting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
