Operations/Service Coordinator - Window and Door Dealer
Stone River Windows + Doors, a premium window and door dealer in Durham and the GTA, is looking for a full-time Operations/Service Coordinator.
We sell a wide range of high-quality windows, patio doors and entry doors to builders, renovators, and homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Oversee subcontractors to ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Verify window and door dimensions for replacement projects.
Oversee project deficiencies and coordinate solution with Service Dept.
Supervise and assist Service Technicians as required.
Window and door Installation including interior trim and exterior capping.
Window and door hardware installation
Maintain knowledge of products
Window and door delivery
Qualification Requirements:
Proven experience in window and door installation
Experienced finishing carpenter
Valid Ontario driver's license, with experience in pulling trailers.
Good communication skills in oral and written English
Organizational skills; prioritize tasks efficiently.
Willing to work variable hours, mostly days with some evenings and weekends.
Punctual and reliable
Compensation:
Full-time position
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience.
