We are currently looking to fill a

Full-time Service Coordinator / Dispatcher position.



Overview:

Utilize company software to effectively maintain work schedules for service technicians and assure that customer commitments are met Provide exceptional customer service Accept customer phone calls and assign technicians to respond to service requests Track and monitor technicians to determine availability to respond to service requests Enter service calls and purchase orders into computer system using Business Vision and tract progress Create tasking and scheduling for maintenance contract agreements

Skills / Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications required:

2+years of experience dispatching and /or service capacity in Plumbing and HVAC industry Mechanical aptitude to ask questions and anticipate the next step in progress Working knowledge of geography ability to read maps Strong computer skills

Interpersonal Skills:

Well organized team player Ability to multi-task use discretion and judgment Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills You must enjoy a fast-paced environment and love dealing with customers over the phone cheerfully.
