Your Role
- Manage service calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Build and maintain positive rapport with clients, colleagues, and managers
- Match client's needs with the appropriate technician to each service appointment
- Oversee technician scheduling and develop solid understanding of technician workload
- Relay accurate details to assigned technicians to ensure high-quality service is provided to clients
- Provide regular and consistent updates to clients on service progress
- Record the results of each service call and produce report summaries
- Respond to customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Meet revenue and goals by prioritizing calls accordingly
- Participate in sales and dispatch training periodically
What you Bring
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, or dispatch role
- Training in call center or telephone sales preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Proficient with managing phone systems
- Strong typing skills
