We're seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming service calls, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and ensuring every customer receives an excellent, on-time service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming service calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments.
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer and service records.
Ensure technicians have necessary parts, tools, and job details.
Audit invoices, review technician paperwork, and ensure accurate billing.
Track performance metrics and help meet daily and weekly goals.
Follow up on quotes, customer satisfaction, and technician performance.
Coordinate replenishment of vehicle stock and assist with small estimates.
Support and coach technicians, including training and performance reviews.
Participate in on-call and after-hours phone rotation as needed.

Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
Computer literacy and familiarity with dispatching or CRM systems.
