Scores St. Laurent, located in the Place Vertu shopping center is looking for SERVICE BAR & TAKE-OUT CLERKS. Full-time/Part-time. Bilingual. Excellent customer service skills.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated To-go Specialist to join our team at Scores in Saint-Laurent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently, contributing to our mission of providing excellent service and delicious meals.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before they leave the restaurant Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area Process transactions using the POS system Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in guest services or a similar role Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Familiarity with food service operations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not mandatory Knowledge of POS systems is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
