We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service and Parts Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our organization. As a Service and Parts Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our service operations and contributing to the overall success of our service delivery.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong ability to take information from a client and translate it into a repair order for our service team. Communicate quotes, recommendations and resolutions to customers in a clear and concise manner. Assist in the procurement and sourcing of parts necessary for boat repair services. Strong organization and strategic skills. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory management and supply chain processes. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Support the implementation of systems that enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in systems related to service department operations and inventory management. Experience in data entry with attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping. Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
