This role is the link between the technician and the customer. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential to success in this position.
Our Service Advisor will also cross train with our Back parts position, The Automotive Back Parts Window Associate works in a fast-paced environment and supports Automotive Licensed Technicians in locating and providing the right parts for auto repairs. This role involves the use of a computerized automotive part system to estimate repairs, order parts, and to control and maintain inventory.
The ideal candidate will be mature, attentive to detail, a team player, and customer focused.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
