We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and customer service will be essential in providing an exceptional experience for our clients. You will be responsible for upselling services, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all service needs are met efficiently.

- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs. Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services. Utilize your mechanical knowledge to explain technical information clearly to customers. Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and sales transactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment. Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively. Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
