Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in providing accurate information and recommendations to our clients.

Duties

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their needs for vehicle service or repair. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines. Create and maintain detailed service orders, ensuring all customer interactions are documented accurately. Collaborate with technicians to ensure that all services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while maintaining a secure cash handling environment. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with POS systems and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42.50 per week
