Job Overview:

We're currently looking for a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians, helping to ensure each visit is smooth, transparent, and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner Listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs clearly Create detailed work orders and communicate with technicians Provide repair estimates and explain services in layman's terms Schedule appointments and manage the shop calendar efficiently Maintain regular follow-up with customers on service progress Handle payments, invoicing, and warranty paperwork Uphold a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front desk area
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in the automotive industry is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with shop management software and basic computer skills A team-oriented mindset and a positive, problem-solving attitude Valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
