Summary


We are currently recruiting for a permanent full-time Service Advisor to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be based out of our newly renovated Service Centre in Whitecourt and will report to the Manager, Valve Service.

Role and Responsibilities


  • Provide coordination and scheduling support to the Service Center Team
  • Invoicing responsibilities: coding of all related vendor invoices and maintenance of customer invoices
  • Provide administrative support
  • General support for a variety of office duties
  • Creation of PDF files as required
  • Direct customer calls and provide customer service assistance
  • Provide safety administrative support to the Safety Coordinator
  • Assist with Event Administration Support


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous scheduling, inventory, and/or coordinator experience considered an asset
  • Prior valve experience considered an asset
  • Prior SAP experience considered an asset
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive and exceptional customer service practices
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Strong organization and verbal/written communication abilities
