Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers who require automotive repair and maintenance services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer needs are met.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide customers with information on available services and pricing
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance (as needed)
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Explain repair recommendations to customers and obtain their approval
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is an asset
- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
