Service Advisor

to our growing team.

The successful candidate would have excellent communication and customer service skills, will have a TEAM first attitude and will have previous experience in an automotive service department.

Responsibilities:

Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services to customers Follow up on any unsold work Write service work orders Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience and relationships Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Create work orders with accurate information Refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend additional needed service Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail Keep service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date Explain completed work and all charges to customers Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Who you are:

2+ years experience in a service advisor role is required Outgoing & a strong desire to serve people A positive attitude & always smiling Flexible schedule and available to work Saturdays Enjoy working in a fast paced, energetic environment Great organizational & computer skills Must be eligible to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

Experience in the automotive industry a strong asset PBS knowledge is considered an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
