Platinum Auto Sales Inc is currently seeking a
full-time Automotive Service Advisor
to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, well-rounded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:
Advising customers on vehicle service and repairs Scheduling service appointments Ordering automotive parts and coordinating with suppliers Working closely with technicians to ensure timely repairs Providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
Automotive service advisor experience preferred Mitchell OnDemand experience a plus Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
