Job Description
SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED
for a Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Repair Facility in Richmond area. This is a permanent full time position.COMPENSATION:

SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Front line customer service
Liaison between customer and shop
Scheduling repairs, opening/closing work orders
Looking up warranty
Update customers' on work in progress repairs
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
Good customer service and computer skills
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Mechanical repair knowledge would be an asset
Positive attitude and be a Team Player
