Service Advisor - Auto Repair and Maintenance Shop

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Explain and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to customers, including estimated costs and timelines. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services, ensuring customers are well-informed. Schedule appointments and manage the shop's workflow efficiently. Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to the highest customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and repairs. Promote and sell additional services and products to customers, such as maintenance packages and accessories.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer systems and software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
