T Squared Automotive Repair is looking to fill a position for an Automotive Service Advisor. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and puts quality and service above all else.

We are a small 4 bay shop in Regina, Sk that is working to change how the mechanic industry is seen. We focus on customer service and quality work. We currently have a single position open for an Automotive Service Advisor interested in becoming a part of our team. We are not a big corporation, just a locally owned and run mechanic shop. We appreciate hard work and want to provide others who believe in high quality work with high attention to detail a place to work with like minded people in this industry.

Wage will depend on experience and knowledge.

We would require applicants to have the following:

- Steel toe boots

- License (Class 5 or better)

- Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive Industry

- Effective communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to follow instructions and procedures

- Ability to operate computer systems and learn new software

- Pass criminal record check and drivers' abstract

Job duties would include:

- Talking to clients through phone call, text, email and in person

- Documenting completed Work Orders and communicating findings with clients

- Quoting services and assisting in creating service plans

- Scheduling appointments

- Assisting clients with check in and pick up

- Ordering parts, supplies and fluids

- Educating customers and answering vehicle related questions

-Rebuilding and/or replacing of engines/transmissions/differentials/transfer cases

-Suspension diagnostics and repairs
