We are in need of a
Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor
in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling service work, greeting customers in a friendly manner, and communicating with them throughout the repair process. Ideal candidates will have a technical background and a general knowledge of common automotive issues. Don't worry if you don't meet every single standard--we're committed to providing ongoing training and support to help you become the best you can be.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales or service advising
Excellent sales and communication skills
Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
Superior customer service skills
Proficiency in basic computer operations, including typing, data entry, and navigating commonly used software applications
Familiarity with scheduling systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Ability to quickly learn new software is an asset
Experience estimating and parts ordering
Impeccable punctuality and attendance
Ability to maintain technician efficiency and profit margins

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs with outstanding customer service,
Provide clear explanations of repairs and services using mechanical knowledge.

Perform drop-off check-ins and ensure a smooth process for customers.
Move vehicles as needed to maintain an efficient workflow.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a clean and professional service area.
