Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival, establishing a welcoming atmosphere Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Explain recommended services and repairs clearly, ensuring customer understanding Prepare repair orders and communicate service details effectively to technicians Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and ensure satisfaction upon completion of service Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions

Qualifications

Previous experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive repair processes is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and communicate effectively with technicians Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Experience with cash handling and transaction processing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is advantageous
