Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ottawa, ON
Employment Type: Temp-Perm, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $24.20/hour
Join our client's team as a Customer Service Advisor and be the first point of contact for their customers! You'll provide support via phone, email, and in-person, assist with orders and returns, advise on products, and help resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and at the service counter.
Provide guidance on products and pricing.
Process orders, returns, and related transactions accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
Perform other related tasks to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
Bilingual (French and English) is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of food or industrial packaging products is an asset.
